No. It only collects and tracks lien waivers. It does not provide forms, review their content, or determine whether a waiver is valid or enforceable. Requirements vary by state. Consult your attorney.

Under More, Settings, Plan and billing. There is no call and no form to send. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
